Terms for farmland and acreage site: Purchaser (s) of farmland will be required to pay a non-refundable 15 % of the purchase price day of auction and the balance on tract 2 on closing Dec 13, 2018 and the balance on Tract 3 on closing day January 7, 2019 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the properties.
