Auctioneers note: Here is an opportunity to own a highly productive parcel of prime Lincoln County farm land that has been in the Henderson family since 1963 and it is available to the new owner to farm in 2013. For the past 15 years the property has had manure applied in accordance with SD manure nutrient management plan. The buyer may also have the opportunity to purchase manure in future years for application on the property. Title insurance and closing costs split 50/50 between buyer and seller. 2012 taxes due in 2013 paid by the seller. 2013 taxes due in 2014 to be paid by the buyer.
